Returns & Exchanges
We find it important that you are happy with your purchase. You can always return your purchase if it does not come up to your expectations. This is also applicable for items in the Sale and in our Outlet.
If your purchase is returned according to our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount and if applicable the shipping costs within 5 working days, yet at the latest within 14 days after revocation of the agreement The return costs are at your own expense.
How can I return online
- Return your order as a package! Letterbox packages cannot be accepted during the current situation!
- Fill in the return form send with your order to return your order.
- Consult the the return conditions in advance and see if your can be returned.
- Send the package via the post office, the return costs are at your own expense and vary per country.
Exchange your online order (Netherlands only)
- You can exchange your order using the return form send with your order.
- If your want to be sure that the item is still available, please send an e-mail to [email protected] to reserve your exchange. Please mention your order number.
- If an exchange is out of stock, the purchase amount will be refunded within 2 working days after receiving the returned item.
- The return costs are at your own expense.
- Orders outside the Netherlands can be exchanged by placing a new order and return the item that has to be replaced.
Exchange & return your online order in our Store
You can exchange or return your online purchase (with invoice only) in our store in the Netherlands in The Haque. Your return will always be refunded on the payment method by which the order was made. If you want to exchange, and there is a difference in price, you can pay the extra amount at the store or the difference will be refunded as mentioned above.
Exchange & return your store purchase
If you have made a purchase in our store in The Hague, you can exchange it for another item. If you want to return your store purchase, you will receive a voucher of the returned amount that you can spend in the store. Store purchases in the Sale can not be exchanged or returned.
Return Conditions Fabriq
- Please make sure all items are exactly in the same condition as you received them, unharmed with attached tags and if possible in the original packaging.
- Worn, washed or repaired items as well as items without attached tags are not accepted and will be shipped back to your address.
- Because of hygienic reasons juwelery can not be exchanged or returned.
- The time for reflection of an ordered item is 14 days as from the day after reception.
- After revoking the agreement, the item has to be returned within 14 days.
- Fabriq reserves the right to refuse items that are submitted after the period as mentioned above.
- Fabriq will charge shipping costs if an order is not taken in reception or is not picked up from the pick-up location. PostNL consumer shipping costs are applicable.
- Exchanging is only possible for the same item in another size or colour in the Netherlands.
- Return Costs are at your own expense and the delivery of returns is on your own risk and responsibility. Your items can not be returned by cash on delivery.
